Reviews
"I do not write reviews, but I felt I had to write one regarding my experience here. First, the family decided to try a new place to eat. We've all had 5 Guys and found this place online. Menu and pics looks good so we ordered online. The bad experience started right when we arrived to get the food. We were told 5-10 more mins for our food. This resulted in waiting an additional 32 mins for the food. Why you may ask? Because they said that online orders are put to the end of the line and walk ins are put in front. So every time someone came in, our order was pushed out further. Even with that, we were thinking the burgers will be fresh and delicious. We get home and start handing out the burgers. The first issue we ran into was that the classic burgers had no cheese on it at all. Double checked the receipt to make sure and we definitely did not mark "no cheese" on them. The burgers were just alright, nothing to tell others about. The next issue were the fries. We had ordered regular crinkles, garlic parm crinkles and ranch crinkles. The regular fries had the salt & pepper as expected. The other ones had a coating on it that looked like garlic parm? Not sure. And the other order was just plain. We received a small cup of garlic aioli sauce, so perhaps that was how you make garlic parm fries? In either case, none looked like the pictures. And lastly, the one soda we did get was not what was ordered and tasted watered down. The same kitchen is also handling The Wing Experience and perhaps they cannot handle the number of customers. But we shall not be coming back and would rather just eat Five Guys nearby."
