Red Lobster

"My family goes to red lobster frequently and we usually never have an issue when we eat inside but always do when ordering take out, items are always missing and no silverware. This time i order and i live about 25mins away from the restaurant. I get there to pick up my curbside order, it came out pretty quick. I checked the bag to find items missing and when i have to go in which defeats the point of curbside. I tell them what is missing and they say ok they will bring them out. They bring the desert that they forgot and i didn't think to look in the container because i told them what it was and it was on the receipt. Well i get home and realize it isn't even the correct one i ordered. The biscuits i ordered were extremely greasy and falling apart. A couple were just crumbled. Had no silverware again. I tried to call the resturant and was on hold 20mins before i hung up. I always tip with curbside and i feel like what am i tipping for when they can never make sure the order is accurate and all there. I shouldn't have to go in everytime and let them know items i ordered and paid for are not in the bag. I am not usually picky but i would like the things i paid for. I understand stuff happens and they are busy sometimes but this happens with every take out online curside order. Curbside definitely needs improvement with making sure orders are accurate."

"A great place, fast and friendly service, wait staff are great. All food came out timely and was hot , fresh and delicious. Large chunks of fried lobster were hot, tasty and tender. Biscuits are the bomb!!! One of the last pictures in CNY,"

"We went to the clay Red lobster. 12/30 around 2:30in the afternoon. We were greeted by an older gentleman and a young lady- excellent! Short wait. Seated, and the nicest waitress. Food was delicious and just what we wanted. Such a pleasant experience. Bravo to the management..."

"Affordable seafood in a casual dining setting. I had my birthday dinner last evening and was not disappointed in the least! I called ahead and was able to get a table for 6pm, it was a Sunday evening so not a busy time. Though online the site only showed availability after 7pm. The ambiance is cozy and decorated for Fall. I always order the Ultimate Trio and my spouse had shrimp Alfredo linguini. Both meals were excellent, our waitress was friendly and attentive. She kept those yummy Red Lobster biscuits coming! They have several holiday drink specials. I loved the SnowGlobe Sangria, the shimmering gold is so pretty! Everything was good and the complimentary birthday Sundae was the icing on the cake!"

"Hope the food is better than the wait. Were told 15 mins, it has been close to 45. Not good. Be honest with your estimations. Will update after we eat. Hope I can give you a better review. (update)Food was good, but the Flounder portion was not in line with the price. Fries were not nice, I seldom meet a fry I don't like, but these were close to a NO. Coleslaw was okay, but cream sauce overpowered the vegetables. Your redeeming point was our server.( R. Hayden) She was excellent, personable, and likeable. She deserves a raise."
