Lowe's Home Improvement

"I love Lowe's for any home improvement project. I have always encountered exceptional customer service there as well. I am not really a Do-It-Myself person so when I find someone to ask what aisle something is in, or ask what they would recommend they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I still do not know how the people who work there know so much about whatever department they work in. But I have no complaints. I will continue to purchase home improvement items there again and again."

"Lowe’s is the only store that I know will mark down items put them on clearance and then when you Go to buy it they tell you the price was an error and you can have it at that price. I even have photos to prove it. And the item had the discount price on the package so it wasn’t an error and there was 8 of them with the same exact sticker and price. Home Depot will honor a mistake if that’s what they consider it. I guess HOME DEPOT will be getting mine and my business money from Now on. GOOD JOB LOWES ON CONTINUING TO NEVER DISAPPOINT"

"If i could rate a negative, i would. I was returning products that i paid with cash. One item they refused to return because it wouldnt scan even though the item number was on the bag, and then 3/4 of it, they told me It had to go to a merchandise card. So then the computer froze. I was told it could be an hour or more. I had to pick up my kids, so i wrote my number down and left. This is completely unacceptable. Lowes is turning into the store with no customer service."

"Just a quick walk through to look at several items to give me ideas about things that I am working on. I did not plan on purchasing anything just looking at different areas of the store.... I had a guy asked me if I was looking for something we talked for a little very pleasant do not know his name...."

"I work at a local hardware store and I meant to do the survey from my receipt--but I waited too long. I wanted to compliment Joey and Liz who were working at the service desk. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful and they helped my store get the plywood and asphalt patch that we needed in a timely manner. Thank you for your great customer service!"
