"Would give zero stars if I could. Placed a doordash order with a chicken mcgriddle, and a sausage mcmuffin, an hour before breakfast ended, when breakfast arrived they sent 3 sausage mcgriddles ... not even close to what we ordered. then when I called to rectify the situation, even offered to drive and pick up the food that was to be delivered, I was basically told all I could do is ask for a refund because breakfast ended 5 minutes ago... when I placed my order well before breakfast ended, and the only reason it was past breakfast when my concern was raised was because of their mistake in the first place. also, how hard is it to make a chicken mcgriddle? c'mon now, half the ingredients are lunch ingredients anyways, and it was their mistake to begin with. Horrible service."
"straight trash, front counter girl was super sweet but 25 mins for nuggets and fries ridiculous. Asked to speak to the manager I was asked to have a seat and wait she would be with me in the next 20 mins , that's my sign to pack my lunch from now on."

"Placed an order at 10:16 a.m. August 23rd 2023 it is now 10:34 That's how long it took to get my food going through the drive-thru after receiving my order my food definitely was not hot I go in to replace the order All I hear is swearing about what happened last night who didn't close the store and clean up well last night. Nothing but a bunch of black folks representing McDonald in a bad way and whoever the store manager is needs to be reprimanded.
