"Literally took 30 minutes to get a latte. I got a notification my order was ready. Nothing was being put on the pickup shelf so I asked the employee at the pickup counter and she said my order was being made now. Waited around another 10 minutes. Finally I looked at the order that had been sitting behind the counter that I originally thought might be mine, and of course it had my name on it. That employee ignored me when I tried to get her attention again. Finally a different employee came over and helped get my order that had been sitting there for 20 minutes."

"Every time I come tot his location it's a problem with my order. It's very annoying. So if you go to this Panera please make sure to check your bags and make sure your orders correct before leaving."

"We all understand why the prices going higher than before but why you reduce the quantity with crazy price !!!!! … i ordered salad with chicken to pick up when i open it at home i saw half of the bowl is empty !!! Look qt the picture.. and i used to buy from another panera in another location and didnt have this problem .. can the manager explain what happening in this panera !!!??"

"I went here with my 2 oldest kids for a quick lunch and we all enjoyed our food very much! I usually get the broccoli cheddar soup but I ended up getting the creamy chicken with white and wild rice this time. My oldest got the mac and cheese which is definitely made with the broccoli cheddar soup and it's very good and then my second oldest got the broccoli cheddar soup. We got some baked goods to take home. The chocolate filled croissants are to die for. So delectable! The pumpkin muffin was also VERY good. Overall I'm very impressed with everything we got. My oldest loves coming here and honestly I cant complain. I always get something good to snack on here."
