"The food is great but the service is not wonderful. When you go into the store, you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to be taken care of. That is the only inconvenience."

"Wow great service even in the afternoon, I originally gave a 3 star rating a year ago to this location , but definite changes have occurred here and I would give 5+ if I could now! , coffee hot and fresh, food made correct to order and was fresh and at correct temp, nice assortment of doughnuts and pastries at mid day and best of all great friendly, happy service!!!! Tim the gentleman who took our order was friendly, made a great suggestion (yes Tim those peppermint timbits were great!) what impressed me was how he even took the time to acknowledge every customer thanking them or joking with his"regulars" as they exited. He is a great asset to this location and made my husband and I feel like old friends. In this day and age where it's hard to experience outstanding service Tim and the crew here today showed that there are still establishments who do care and understand that their livelihood depends on their customers. So Thank you Tim and the other staff who made our experience today at this location awesome!!!!"

"Stopped here to try the maple cinnamon ice coffee. Was really good and even tho we was there around 6m , they still had a good selection of donuts and muffins"

"For real, alls I ask for is granulated sugar in my iced coffee instead of the syrup and it’s messed up about 20% of the time. Any other business would be outta business with that percentage. Plus I asked before I drove away if it had regular sugar (I could tell by looking at it it didn’t) then the worker who made it lied and said it did. Do you people know what I deal with on a daily basis trying to survive on this messed up earth? Be in my mind body and soul for a while and tell me if you want any more stress 1st thing when you wake up. The last thing I should have to do is ask for someone to remake my coffee, it’s a waste of my time and yours. Do better. Little things like this can change a persons day. Realize the power you have as an organization and hold yourself to a higher standard."
