"Would give zero stars if that was option. Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited several minutes at the counter to place an order before being acknowledged, and then waited over 20 minute for a hot chocolate and latte before leaving empty handed. The staff appear to be exclusively focused on mobile and drive thru orders and apparently can’t be bothered with people actually waiting in-person. I contacted Starbucks online to attempt to correct the issue and they refused. Disgraceful service. Would not recommend this location to anyone, anytime for anything."

"I was in this Starbucks about a week ago and a customer came in and was incredibly belligerent with an employee. He threw his drink at the employee and was incredibly rude. I then heard the employee that had the drink thrown at them ask for their manager’s help, as the manager was sitting in the seated area for customers. I then watched the manager, I believe their name was Taylor, look up at the situation, say nothing, and look back down at their laptop. I felt immensely unsafe and can’t imagine how that employee felt having a drink thrown at them. I will not be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either. With the manager making it apparent they don’t take situations like this seriously, who knows what else may happen. If I were this location’s regional manager, I would also relieve that manager of their duties as they’re allowing the store be an unsafe space for customers and employees alike."

"I have been going to Starbucks for 20 years and the staff at this location is the MOST UNFRIENDLY, MISERABLE, UNCARING staff I have ever encountered. 6:10 am and I am the only person in there. The manager is filling forms at the register and COMPLETELY IGNORES ME. Walks away to talk with another of the 3 employees as I wait with no recognition until the drive thru person comes to take my order. How about , Good morning, someone will be right with you. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! If you are the person responding to this, don't bother, just fix the problem, hire new staff!"

"The older lady with the short purple hair is the most miserable, incompetent Starbucks employee I've ever had the displeasure to come across. She has never gotten my order correct. If you try correct it, she let's out this rude audible sigh and acts like I'm I convincing her. TodayI ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and asked them to add classic. I got it and she had subbed the vanilla syrup for what tasted like a half pump of sugar. When I asked for a side of classic at least, she said she would have to charge me. I'm done with store, which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff is amazing. This company makes it impossible to quietly complain. If you get this miserable excuse for a human at the window, or counter I'm sorry and make sure you check your order."
