Pizza Box

"First off, the taste was good. That being said, I placed an order for delivery. One small cheese, extra crispy. One large pepperoni, extra crispy. Twenty wings, extra crispy, with medium sauce on the side. And the pizza cut into slices, not squares. The wings were covered in sauce and as soggy as if they'd been boiled to cook. Flavor was good, but I prefer crispy wings. Sauce on the side lets them stay crispy until you're ready to eat them. The small cheese was cut into slices, but the large pepperoni was cut into squares. Both pizzas were extremely soggy. Again, the flavor was fine but it was disappointing that most of my requests were overlooked. If soggy pizza and wings are your thing, the place is great. If you're particular about little things like the crispiness of your pizza and wings, as well as the way the pizza is cut, then you might be better off elsewhere."

"When it comes to Pizza and Wings I can be kind of picky so I am always looking for a good place. Pizza Box has never failed, not only has their pizza always been top notch but their wings are incredible. Best pizza place in Utica NY in my opinion"

"My Usual go to place is Pizza Classic but they were closed the day we ordered from pizza box. I have had a few things from them before that weren't too bad so we decided to give it a try. Worst decision ever! First we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food. We ordered 20 chargrilled everything wings that were NOT chargrilled. EVERYTHING WAS COLD! I got a eggplant Parm sub the eggplant was totally burnt and the cheese wasnt even on the sub it was melted to the wrapping. My fries were cold and hard. And the slice of pizza ordered was cold and extremely greasy. More than the average slice of pizza. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. Our order was 50 bucks.That was a large amount of money spent to ultimately go in the garbage!"

"I got a steak and cheese sub.they took a really long time to make it..i waited 40 minutes to leave home and i stood there for 30 minutes after arriving..the sub was surprisingly light weight so it was mostly bread and the steak was really salty i couldn’t even finish half of it. it was a complete waste of time and money especially since i had ice cream in the car that melted during the wait so this experience actually lost me even more money than the sub costed me..it looks nice inside though if that matters"

"Amazing Everytime! Fish Fry is the best in the area BY FAR! I call in the early afternoon just to reserve for later in the day! Habitually get Garlic Pizza at least twice a week! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! If anyone says their not good they're lying!"
