"Walked in to use the bathroom before ordering food and an employee started banging on the door a few seconds after going in there. I told him “one minute” but he continued. I walked out less than a minute after using the bathroom to the whole restaurant watching and he said “long time, right”. No… bro… I was in there for a minute and you’re banging the door down. No apology or anything. Left without ordering food because I was so pissed."

"Placed an online order of a dozen donuts for an event. I was told the order was ready. I Went to pick up the order and informed by a worker that they ran out of donuts at 7pm (store is open until 11pm). The store was Unable to reimburse me and now I have to fight via email to get a refund because customer service only handles this through email."

"Extremely rude staff she was yelling at us! Extremely disappointed!! She closed the window on my face twice when i told her you can’t misbehave with me ! She said i don’t have time for you. The woman on the right in the photo, was the one who was yelling! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! Never comimg to tim hortons ever and will make sure noone else comes too! HORRIBLE"

"This Tim’s has reopened after renovations. The 5 Stars are for Cody. I was not aware of the senior’s discount until Cody brought it to my attention. But more importantly, he is genuinely friendly and a gentleman. I have seen him in action quite a few times and he treats everyone with the same courtesy. He is a rarity and I hope the management here appreciates him."

"This is one of the Tim Hortons not to go to in buffalo. The steak pinine sandwich was not toasted or put together right! How are you suppose to put honey inside of your tea driving down the road? You can't do why not put the honey inside to help the customers out? Their lack of customer service is low. Don't ever go here on 2nd shift they do nothing and say what they can't do....like toast the bread longer or turn up the toaster."
