"The food was really good so we were thankful for that. Since we placed an order for pick up and weren't specifically assigned a staff member's area it seemed like no one knew what to do with us or was responsible for the online orders. I came in about 5 minutes before it said my food would be done, when I tried to talk to someone at the register I was skipped for another person who came up behind me. What was most frustrating though was we waited 20 minutes after the time I was given when I ordered for the food to be ready. There was no direction given on where to wait and at one point a couple was sat directly behind where I was standing so I had to move to another little spot. It's pretty crowded in there overall, but clean. When I left I totally didn't understand I was supposed to get my own salad out of the salad bar with the container I was given so we got the container and no salad, oops."

"Wow, I have to make a review after being here several years ago. My husband and I ordered breakfast here. Everything was bland and tasteless. We vowed to never go back. After several years I thought I'd check the recent reviews. Management you're unprofessional. The responses to the negative reviews show that this is an unprofessional atmosphere. You never shoot back like you have at negative reviews. You own up to the mistakes and make it right. Not turn it around on the customer."

"Stopped in for a late lunch and was not disappointed. Our server was attentive without hovering. The food was very tasty with a good size portion for the price. Went back on a Sunday for lunch at 1:00. The place was packed, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be a seat. An odd half table and half booth. The table (bolted to the floor) was so close to the booth seats that only a skinny adult or small children would fit. I think it was an effort to get one more table jammed in. Service was slow, we had to ask two different servers to get cream for our coffee, but like I said before, every seat was taken. The wife's Crispy Chicken Wrap was cold, like it had been refrigerated for a couple of hours. It did taste good though. Their Montana Burger was really good too, so was the Chicken Vegetable Soup."
