Reviews of Tim Hortons
"Worst Timmy's I have ever been to. Half the staff doesn't care, the other half is overbearing or speaks poorly to each other. Counters and tables were filthy, there were next to no available garbage cans either. The woman brought food out to the counter for the guy in front of me, and then had attitude with me when I was still waiting for mine. 10 minutes later, realized I was till waiting, pulled a cold sandwich off the counter and set it on top of a hashbrown, had the counter staff give me that. When I asked if it was mine because it was cold, they all turned their backs and went about doing nothing."
"There is no need to respond with your "cookie cutter" answer you give to all reviews. Just saying it like it is. I highly doubt that you are serving Tim Horton's coffee. Or, if you DO, none of your staff know how to brew it properly. What I've been getting there lately does not even taste like coffee. It certainly does not taste like a Tim Horton's coffee. No lie. I'll be brewing my own from now on, and I'll be sure to say "Thanks" as I pick up my cup."
"Ordered a sausage and cheese on croissant cause I'm allergic to eggs. They gave me one with eggs on it. I gave back and said I can't have egg on it I ordered without egg. They said pull up we'll bring it out. They brought me the exact same sandwich out. So I went in to fix it. The gave me the same sandwich back again just took the egg off. It's pathetic how cheap and lazy these people can be. It's disgusting. I'm a manager at a Tim Hortons and know that's not how things should be run. Absolutely disgusting it should have been thrown out and remade not given back to the person making food from a customers hands. Pathetic."
"This is the worst Tim Horton’s to go to in the area. The food is always burned, or undercooked, never edible. If you ask for cream, don’t expect there to be a specific amount as they just pour whatever. They take the longest, so don’t go there if you have anywhere to be. There are peddlers outside both the order window and the pick up window. If you order food they ask you to pull over and wait but there are men asking for money. It definitely did not feel safe."
"Easily the worst Tim's in the area. They are constantly out of something, be it drinks or food, especially if it's a new menu item. One time they were even out of ice. Food is never fully hot, coffee is seldom stirred, then the employees just don't care about their job; always making simple mistakes, never offering suggestions if they're out of something (like the nearby Starbucks does), and are overall just very miserable looking people. Worst of them all is Michael, the tall dude. Every time I go there, he has some sort of attitude. One time he straight up said they don't take coupons when we presented him with one, and then ignored us when we asked to see the manager (I forgot her name but she was lovely. And it turns out they do take coupons, shocker). Today, he got our drink sizes wrong, once again ignored us when we asked if the drinks were large (they weren't and the one employee in the back said they weren't) and got into an attitude when we asked him to correct it, like it's our fault he messed up. He's very rude and I probably won't go back there as long as he's there. Avoid this location at all costs."
