"New to Liberty Mutual and all ready having billing issues. The agent messed up my checking account# so the payment didn't auto draft and I am being charged an NSF even though the money was there and I could prove it. Spoke to customer service and the Rep Tina Crutchfield and neither would remove the fee even after finding out that the wrong account info was put in by the agent. I get typos happen but the company should have taken accountability and removed the fee. Very bad 1st impression. To add injury to insult when I said I was going to cancel they said there would be an early cancellation fee and blamed NC. Again no accountability with these people for their mistake. If this was your 1st choice you may wanna go with the 2nd."

"Liberty Mutual is absolutely the WORST. Go with a different provider. Check the complaints on Facebook, all the complaints are true.after months of talking to them the finally resolved the issue, and now the are send me another bill from 2019 that wasn't owed in the first place and are telling me they miscommunicated ........ SMH"
