"Clean store and decently stocked. But the problem is they do not have a public bathroom which I do understand but when my 5year needs to use the bathroom and we are shopping it makes it hard! Plus when I asked the associate she was very rude and unprofessional about the situation and stated to leave my items in cart by register while I take my child to find another store that allows the public to use the bathroom!. If I walk in and see the associate I walk right back out this would be the one in Sodus"

"Very happy with how well the store is stocked and always clean. Very helpful employees when you cant find what your looking for. Someone is always there to help, and your always greeted and told have a good afternoon or night when leaving. The employees feel like family with how well your treated. The assistant manager is very nice, well they all are! I love this store and feel very comfortable shopping there!"

"I was at the one in Sodus NY yesterday with my mom and little sister. We was already putting our stuff on the counter and the cashier let someone she knew a head of us. She was making him the priority cashing him out as we was putting our stuff on the counter. This behavior from that cashier is unprofessional and rude. I used to work in retail and if I did that I would have got fired on the spot. I don't have any problems with the other cashiers. Other than that I like family dollar and other staff are professional with the customers."
