"Almost every day new kids working your drink is always wrong ....coffee smells burned .... And they dont have any donuts left 6 hours before closing .... Love clinton and we need this place but people hire some real help!!!! Key word management!!!!"

"This Duncan location is a joke. The employees care more about talking to each other than they do at doing their jobs. I have only ever had one drink made correctly by them in the few years I have lived in the area. I have given an employee a gift card and my debit to use the rest of the gift card and he just charged the entire order to my debit. The one thing I don’t understand that this location does is they lock the doors but allow walk in orders to be placed but offer no alternative way to get your order than wait in their backed up (all the way thru to the entrance) drive thru."

"The staff here are rude and unprofessional. This morning at the drive through the staff got my order wrong so I thought they couldn't hear me so I repeated the order louder and more clearly. Well apparently that was a mistake as I immediately got yelled at. I quickly apologized and tried to explain that I thought she couldn't hear me and she cut me off with "I don't care" and kept yelling at me. I drove to work in tears after. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, especially when it's a honest mistake and multiple sincere apologies are offered. I'm never going back and I encourage everyone to avoid at all costs."

"A friend and I rode our bikes to Clinton. She needed coffee so we had coffee and shared a pumpkin muffin! Both were good! The service was not great. They focused on the drive thru and not in-store people! I've noticed most Dunkin do the same thing. Since the pandemic drive thru is the new American way!$"
