"I ordered using the app while a few miles from the restaurant. I got confirmation and receipt. There was no cell service and I couldn't connect to their wifi to check in to get my order. One of the two employees I spoke with was kind and understanding and quickly gave me my order when I showed my receipt even though the other didn't come through on their end."

"It's like they cook the food and it sits around and then they serve it to you and they call it good and it is not. What happened to the old days when the burger was fresh juicy the fries were hot the service was great"
