"I had called to see if I could have my 2015 Durango looked at due to the engine revving between gear 7 and 8. They were able to squeeze me in and have my car fixed the same day. It wasn’t the transmission, it was a bad wheel barring. I also had them look at my passenger head rest, as it separated like it would if I was ever in an accident for safety reasons, I asked them to take a looked at this as well. They ordered the part and it was in the next day. They were honest with me and said that was still under an extended warranty. Thanks for your service and getting me in so quickly. When it came to check out it was tough. Didn’t get my contract details so left only to get a call that I owed money. Then realized we were incorrectly charged for an inspection so that needed to be credited. The women were so nice but there was a young girl apparently just learning who needed more guidance. First visit there."
