"My husband called shortly after opening to make an appointment to see a truck that they had for sale. The rep asked us to come in a hour before the time we initially asked for to accommodate their schedule better, and we agreed. The appointment was confirmed for 10am. We quickly got ready and got on the road, as our drive was 45 minutes. SIX MINUTES before our GPS said we were set to arrive, we received a call that someone walked into the shop and asked for a test drive of the truck. Sure enough, when we pulled in we found the other person signing the paperwork to purchase the truck. We didn’t even get a chance to see it at our CONFIRMED appointment time. Sold it right out from under us. Disappointed is an understatement."
