"I would not recommend this location. I am not sure of the other locations but this one is horrible. They sold me a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan that my front passenger tire had a hole in the side wall and it got patched until I bought new tires myself. My emergency brake line has been snapped in half and corroded over on each end and is still not fixed. When I took it to them, then made sure that my pedal was not able to be put back down if not touched after I pushed it down and it would not stay up. The service techs told me that the transmission coolant lines was leaking when they was not. It was my engine coolant radiator. My car has never overheated at all the whole time my car has been in my possession and the first time it overheated it cracked my thermostat housing unit and my starter quit working. So, they did not do a full check on what was actually wrong with my car no matter when I brought it in to them. If I could put a 0 for them I certainly would. I have nothing good to say about any of the mechanics there. The sales side of the company are amazing and very nice. I dealt with Tracy when I got my vehicle in February of 2023. Since then and dealing with service, it has been a hassle and a half trying to get my car fixed the right way instead of only half of the issue."

"The day after I signed the paperwork for the truck I purchased I received a notification from an online website that the price of the truck dropped $1000. I called the manager said there was nothing they could do. Also had to pay $100 detailing fee as part of the purchase, when they delivered the truck it wasn’t cleaned any more than the day I test drove it, dirty cup holders, dusty dashboard, sticker residue on windshield from 2018 sticker being removed that they had on there. I called them up on this issue never got any response. Overall not up to par on the whole experience"
