"I've had more lousy experiences here than good experiences. The Express Lane shopping 'service' is usually fraught with issues. You get all the way home and find out they didn't put all of your groceries in your car. So, you have to spend your time, your money, your gas, to drive BACK TO THE STORE because they screwed-up. They also, frequently, get the particulars of an order wrong (ask for plastic bags - get paper, etc...)"
