"The most polite and educational pharmacy I have ever been too! I have been a Publix pharmacy customer for over 15 years and I am completely switching! I was in a car accident. Doctor gave me paper prescriptions instead of calling it in. Publix does not accept them. Went to Walmart in desperate need for help on filling these prescriptions. IT WAS TEN MINUTE TILL CLOSE AND THEY STILL ACCEPTED MY PRESCRIPTIONS && FILLED MY PRESCRIPTIONS !!!! In less that 15 minutes!!! Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart for helping me through this tough time! Wish I could give 10598291029573 stars! Thank you for all that you do!"

"The pharmacist/pharmacy technicians are always very helpful at this location. The pharmacist (Alyssa) went ahead and filled my prescriptions less than 15 minutes before her lunch break (while they were short staffed), so I didn’t have to wait. Great customer service!"

"Very rude. I have been buying my daughters allergy medicine from here for years. We have to special order it, and they act like it is a bother to them. Definitely not friendly. Considering buying from somewhere else. But they do have decent prices."

"I would give six stars if I could. I live in Flat Rock, NC and saw a Christmas Tree at the Hendersonville NC store that was exactly what I wanted, however, it was not plugged in to see the lights. My husband asked one of the workers in the garden center if he could plug it in where another was plugged in so I could see, he literally just walked off. As so happened they did not have the tree and when I got home I found it to be sold out online. I then literally called every store in western NC and upper SC. Sold out everywhere except Taylors and one Greenville according to the Walmart Corporate person I spoke with so I called Greenville and they said the only one they had was a display and they couldn't sell it so I called Taylors. I called Taylors and found they had one left. I explained that I lived in Flat Rock, NC and it would soon be dark and I could not see to drive at night especially where I had not been before and asked could they please hold it until the next morning and my husband could bring me.. The wonderful person I talked to was named Heather in CMS. She said let her go check again and be sure they did have one. When she came back to the phone she said she was very sorry that they only had the display. So I said thank you and hung up but within about 30 minutes she called and said she had searched and found me a tree and she would be glad to hold it until the next morning. This worker went out of her way to do something for me. This was more than any other Walmart worker in all of Western NC and upper SC. She is to be commended.. I also need to say that my husband and I were talking about how friendly and helpful all the Pickens associates were, some of this needs to rub off on Western NC stores and upper SC stores. THANKS AGAIN HEATHER, you are the best."
