"I have always, always, always received excellent service here until today. I went in for a durable medical equipment need for my Hospice patient and I was caught off guard. I didn’t have my service animal’s vest or paperwork with me. I’m so accustomed to everyone knowing my little dog, that I didn’t realize I was offending Alice. After she yelled across the store that animals wasn’t allowed, I quickly quietly replied that he is a service animal.... and wow!!! I was met with more boisterous communication demanding to see “the paperwork”. I then explained that I was actually going to care for my Hospice patient and simply was caught off guard. I’m really private about the details of my little dog and his purpose. But unfortunately, we occasionally get treated like that. I’m sorry I had this experience because I truly doubt I will return to this store and I am a pretty good customer. Todd and the other employees have a big heart and always are willing to help you anytime but Alice Beck is the spot on their sparkling halos....."
