"I’m in a semi truck so clearly can’t go through the drive through. Lobby has been closed every morning all week due to being “short staffed”. Closing the lobby is an easy scapegoat to less work. Lazy people these days. Definitely needs some better management."

"Umm A Donut shop should have DONUTS right?! I hate the fact that there was only 5 Donuts to choose from and no Headlights. It's like they were after thought! The whole place is just a coffee shop now! lf I wanted coffee I would go to Starbucks. I ordered a Iced Vanilla Latte Decaf Coffee in large just so I could get a free Donut that the sign said was promised to me after 1 PM. I asked the worker if I get a free Donut now since it was after 1pm? The worker said "tecnically you do " and she seemed annoyed but gave me a free Donut and then when I moved to the pickup counter to wait for my Iced Coffee she just set it there and walked away no thank you, have a good day, here is your coffee, nothing- I won't be back."

"This is my favorite Dunkin in the area, between Oswego & Onondaga counties. I have been going to this location for over a year now. I can only recall once that they gave me the wrong order and they had that fixed in about a minute. The employees remember your name when you’re a regular which is sweet (even when I got a new car!). I recently discovered some food intolerances & the staff have been amazingly patient explaining what’s in the syrups etc. Plus their drinks are actually consistent from this location!"

"It was noon when I went. I was the only person there. The cashier asked to take my order. I told her I did not decide yet. She went to the back room. I decided after a couple minutes and walked up to the register. I wish I set a timer. It took SO LONG for her to come back. I wanted a sausage egg and cheese plain bagel. They were out of plain bagels. She asked what other kind do I want. I didn’t know my choices so I asked what kind are there? She said any kind. My food came out fast. The bagel was crumbly and meat was not all that tasty. But the place was really clean."
