We weren't even from NY and they took the time to show us there process and the difference between the different grades of syrup. Great business, Great people"

"What a lovely place! We were greeted by the owner who showed us his operations and we tasted their lovely creations from maple sugar. He was so passionate about his Maple production, processes, and creations. If you wish to spent a great time learning anything about maple this is the place to go! I ordered the maple syrup, the bourbon maple syrup and the maple chocolates-- yum!"

"I was born and raised in Waddington and now live a good half hour away. But I took the time and drive to go check out the sugar house. Very lovely building and good food. But I don't recommend the drive if you have children or if you are expecting more than food. Maple weekend said their were tours and wagon rides and for kids to dress warm. It was more like going to a dinner and ordering pancakes. They had nothing to offer and really need to work on hospitality for people who are not from town. Very disappointed and will not likely ever return."
