"Not the best first-time visit: Arrived 20 minutes early, with my 5 month-old - saw 3-4 people walking around, but had to ask someone where to go, etc., Over an hour later, my tires weren't rotated, nor inflated to the pressure I had asked - didn't look like my tires had been touched. I purchased the 'Cadillac' plan from Subaru, yet now I have to get out in the rainy weather, and inflate the tires myself. Makes me wonder if the oil was actually changed. Nasty weather, plus trying to get my vehicle ready for the drive back to TX (Father in last days of battle with cancer) makes me not a happy customer. Think I'll drive to Syracuse for my 12,000 mile service."
