"Had a pick up order and there was a bit of wait time which I don’t mind at all waiting for! I understand how fast food restaurants are. The lady at the counter informed me of some items that were not available and compensated the necessary items. Her and her workmates had a vibrant and great work environment and I am very thankful to them for their work!"

"Pulled up in the drive through, was told we could not have two separate orders per vehicle. So after I ordered I backed up and ordered again. When I got to the window I paid and got my food then I told the “manager” we had two orders and wanted to pay for the second meal. They made me drive all the day back around the whole building to pay to get my second order in witch no one else was in line behind me. What kind of sense does that even make? This enraged me enough to never want to come back. Not to mention my chicken sandwich was soggy and had a pound of mayo on it. Truly horrible service."

"The last 3 times I have ordered from Popeye's at Fort Drum, my order has been wrong, which I don't realize until I'm back in my office. I won't be back...tired of losing money on food that isn't real great anyway."

"I rated my experience as 1 star because I was not given the option of truly rating it as 0 stars which is deserved. The times I visited this location the management and customer service has consistently been very poor. First, let’s begin with management and tell me how on more than one occasion you don’t have bone in chicken for purchase…FYI/ hint the name of the restaurant is Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken you might want to properly manage your inventory to keep chicken in stock. Secondly, when I request, pay for and wait for fresh food that is the expectation. Lastly, individuals with work ethics and morals should be employed. The lobby was poorly maintained, we had to clean off a table prior to sitting. The entire time we were there no one came out to clean the lobby area and store was not busy as most orders were mobile pick up orders."

"There was nothing over the top about the visit, or any visit for that matter (I have eaten here twice but tried about four times). They were not offering what I wanted although the team member did make a recommendation. The inside always looks clean (although the cleaning products are out in plain sight). I was satisfied enough that I will come back again however, the hours are whack...this is a military installation, they close at seven during the week and five on the weekend! WHOA You advertise a new side item, rarely have it in stock, charge $1+ more than the regular sides and give less…something doesn’t add up here! On another note...Popeyes should really bring back corn and green beans for those customers who don't want a whole meal of carbs. I will give a shout out to cahier Simone. She was trying to manage the line I think though that there should be more than one cashier during rush hour. Just a thought…"
