"I’ve been trying to be seen for a regular dental yearly cleaning/exam (just moved from a different state) haven’t been able to see a doctor so I cannot write a valid review on the hygienist and doctor but it’s been 2+ months of frustration with front desk staff. Wanted a email of insurance card, lady on the phone said I was good to go, turns on day of appointment the email of picture was blurry so I wasn’t actually okay. That got frustrating only because I wanted to know if my exam was 100% covered or if I needed to bring money in Jesse on the phone then also acted as if me asking how much my appointment was weird, didn’t take my call off and then I heard her talk to other front desk staff. And again, her not knowing how much my appt would be was the lady who originally told me the email was good that wasn’t actually good (i didn’t send the email, my mom had to, i left my ins. Card out of state) I spoke to a lady named Jesse today and this is where I was overly frustrated with the lack of communication and care for the inconvenience. My rescheduling of my appointment needed to be changed again (i called within 72 hours of appointment). Jesse called and said there wasn’t anything available the day of my appointment but there is availability in 1 hour, I said no problem, didn’t expect same day availability and that I could actually be there in a hour during my work break. Drove to the location, saw no one was there called, Jesse was the same person to answer the call, when I said is there another location she said “yea we are at the other one Statesville” all i said was “I didn’t know that, no one told me that. Wouldn’t it be nice to inform someone where they are going before their appointment” and all she had to say was “my bad, thought I told you. Want to come in at 3?” No apology (not expecting a giant one or anything” nothing."

If you have dentist-related anxiety like I do, this is the place to go."

They always made sure I was comfortable and without pain throughout all of my cleanings and procedures. I would stay with them forever if I wasn't moving out of state!
