"I am a new patient at Schneider Family Dentistry, I had a periodontal cleaning. It was great. The hygienist was very gentle and kind. The Dentist who did my exam was great. She is fun and so pleasant and easy to speak too. It is a nice practice. The appointment process was very easy and Victoria is wonderful. I highly recommend this practice."

"I do not recommend going to Schneider Dentistry. The administrative/billing staff do not know what they are doing and are not helpful. When I switched insurance, I called this practice to make sure preventative care was 100% covered, which I received confirmation that it was from Ashley. I went in about a month ago to see why my last cleaning wasn’t 100% covered since my last two visits were fully covered. I spoke to Victoria who was going to call my insurance and see why it wasn’t being covered. She told me she would call me back, but I never heard back from her. I called 12/11/23 to find out what was going on, and she told me my insurance is not in network. I have had the same insurance and haven’t changed anything so why would my last two cleanings be covered and this one not be. I went ahead and just paid for what was owed. At the end of my conversation, I let them know to cancel my next appointment and that I wouldn’t be back. Victoria basically told me it was going to be hard for me to find a dental practice that accepts my insurance, which I thought was rude. In the past, I have asked this practice to separate my billing from my parents since we do not have the same insurance, but they continued to invoice everything together. We couldn’t see who owed what, and they told me because we live in the same household they weren’t able to break down and send the invoices separately. It never made sense since we are not on the same insurance plan."
