"I'm a service connected vet. The VA sent me to a local ER who then sent my prescriptions for pneumonia to Walgreens. The Walgreens pharmacy wanted to charge $144 for Prednisone and antibiotics. While I was on the phone with the pharmacist coughing up blood and trying to breathe they refused to work with the VA to have the cost covered. Walmart ended up working with the VA so I could get my prescriptions to start healing this awful illness. I'll be following up with the BBB as well this nonsense has to stop."

"Most useless organization I've ever had to deal with! I was just trying to schedule a covid vaccination appointment. They refuse to help you over the phone because you have to use the hotline. The hotline does not allow you to choose a day. It's schedules the next available appointment and if that doesn't work you have to cancel it and try again. Then it schedules you another appointment 15 minutes later, if that doesn't work you have to cancel it and try it again. After an hour and 20 minutes of talking to a machine I finally gave up because I was only at Wednesday mid-morning and I need Friday. They will literally let people die instead of putting themselves out to schedule the appointment by phone."
