"I’ve ordered from Wayback many times and never an issue until today. When I called to inform a manager of the piece of plastic I bit into and then pulled out of my burger I was met with a disbelieving tone and told “I don’t know how that would have happened, we don’t even use plastic.” by the shift leader. I was then offered a remade burger without an apology. After finding plastic and being spoken to in an unprofessional manner I did refuse the offer and will not be a returning customer. I want to share my experience so that others can be careful with their orders in the future."

"Ordered from DoorDash. Burgers were okay. Chicken sandwich and spicy tenders were complete garbage. It’s like the chicken was fried in a vat of oil the temperature of hell over and over. Was weirdly hard and tough in the middle. “Breading” was completely soggy and fell off to the bare chicken. Really gross. The experience of eating these was equivalent to the experience of biting into cartilage when eating Tyson tenders… makes you want to gag. I ate one tender and threw the rest out. Yuck."

"We came here on our way through figuring a nice new burger place could be fun.We expected good burgers similar portions and prices to 5 guys and quick service. We did not get any of that. While the staff was friendly the service was very slow with our sandwiches coming out only warm and fries boiling hot. The quality of the food was not good. Both our meals tasted bland and we also later got bad heartburn (not normal for us we eat burgers fairly often) . Lastly for what you pay the servings are tiny and overpriced. We will not stop here again."

"Burger was cooked to perfection. Fast service and the place was pretty clean. Staff knew the menu and was able to assist me on what to order since everything sound delicious. The tater tot were perfect. Will visit again whenever i go back to Fort Drum"
