"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! 1.) Set an appointment for 9:30. Guy informed me at 9:40 that he wasn’t in yet because of (who cares). Doors locked, lights off. 2.) Tells me to leave keys in mailbox, unsecured. 3.) Claims the interior service will take “a few hours”. 4.) Called at 12:30 for status update, still waiting on call back over an hour later. 5.) Drove by to stop in and see how the work is going, truck hasn’t moved and keys still in mailbox. Zero punctuality. No communication. Sketchy location. Will never go there again."
