"Can’t rate the food. I went inside to order. I didn’t realize it but apparently I am invisible. Not one person that worked there could even say hi or I’ll be with you shortly. Must be ignoring is the way to go. Very bad experience."

"Waited 40 minutes for a coffee I ordered through the mobile app yesterday and for a 5 dollar coffee I’m not gonna drive off without it. Today I came back because of the water issue in Watertown half of the stores are not open or fully operational. Ordered at 11:07 and I’m still sitting here at 11:40. Half the time my coffee taste like dirt or pond water. If the Watertown ones were open fully I would never bother coming here again. The absolute worst Dunkin in Jefferson county."

"I am a regular at dunkin. Usually always go before 7 in the morning before work. This dunkin has gone downhill....I always order through the app way in advance to pick up when I get their so I am not late for work. I get their and my order is still not done and I still wait another 10 minutes for it. Or I get their and my order is near the drive through window when I ordered walk in. The staff doesn't acknowledge you and are not friendly at all. It just sucks and even more now since the remodel. We walked out one morning because they never acknowledged us waiting to order and we stood there for 10 plus minutes..."

"Arrived after placing an order on the Dunkin Donuts app. They didn't have any of the items available for the order. 0 of the 6 different types of donuts were available. When I asked for them to cancel/refund the order, they said they couldn't. The manager was also not present, and might come back in on monday, it was saturday at the time."
