"This is not somewhere that I would go in the future. I wish that I found a place to get my car cleaned regularly, but this place is not that kind of place. I dropped my car off at 9:00 and they told me it would take about 3.5 hours and be done around lunch. I walked over to the mall to wait. Finally I called 4.5 hours later at 1:30 from hobby lobby to see if it was finished and they hadn’t even started it. They finally finished at 3:30 and tried to charge me $100 extra for dog hair. I said absolutely not, they should have asked me first. So they dropped the charge. And I paid the original $249 plus tax with my debit card. I told the man, that seems a lot when he charged me $279 and he said it was tax. After I left, I realized that there was also a $10 credit card convenience fee added on. On a $269 charge? I called the bank and they took it off. This is not the kind of place that you want to go. It is a place that tries to SCAM you at every turn. Beware"

"The guys working there were all super nice! However, my $200. +tax detail was not so nice. I specifically asked them to pay close attention to the "outside", as the inside was already pretty clean except for some kind of tape on the windshield. (which I also mentioned) Btw... that tape is STILL there! And the outside...worst job ever. I don't think they even waxed it at all! And there was a small decal I had asked be removed on the rear bumper. They removed it, and then just left all the sticky residue, which I then had to remove myself. I used to work for a large carwash and detail shop, and this service was shameful! Absolutely DO NOT recommend. Save your $220."

"i didn't have the best experience with the detail shop but i will say that the staff is very friendly. i called to get the interior of my car done and no one had answered during business hours so i left a voicemail with my number so they could get back to me... maybe 2 days later i hadn't heard anything so i called again during business hours and no answer so i just hung up. I then get a phone call back and was able to get my car in the next day at noon to just have the interior done. I take my car at noon and i asked how long it would be and i was told 2-3 hours, so 4 and a half hours pass and i get a call that my car is ready after calling them at 4pm to ask if it was done yet but no one had answered. When i got my car back it was clean i will say but it had water spots all over the seats and doors, the inside of my windshield was still dirty along with a spot on my back seat that was there when i dropped it off, the center console where the shifter is, is still dirty as well... just disappointing that i'm going to spend $170 for just the interior to be done and it looks like i did it myself... i just don't understand how it took almost 5 hours for what i received. full potential was not served"
