"They had a master tech (?) Work on our van was so awesome that they were done earlier than I was quoted. My van seems to drive better now. I got used to the noises and feel, I guess. Was the second time there since I had it in to get a thorough check over and found several things that needed to be taken care of. All was normal timing for the needed repairs. After they shared the needed repairs and I okayed part of what I was told at first, I looked up the rest and decided yes I want them to also take care of the struts too (which needed to be ordered). That first day was an all-day thing. The drawback I'd suggest is a sweatshirt, esp if it could be a while or if you get cold easily... their AC works well, but the waiting room gets chilly."
