"I remember when my first child was born, they were great. We moved to Winston-Salem, but I moved back to the area and I was excited to have them back. I don’t know what happened I have two kids that have some health problems and I need their medication. If I need refills, they want me to call the doctor. I thought that was their job. My hands are full with two kids that have special needs I don’t have time to worry about that. They also had issues on refilling a medication for my daughter’s asthma. They said, they were waiting for the doctor s refill, so I called the doctor and they said they send two days ago. They gave me a confirmation of the fact and time of when they received it. I am okay of the fax not working and they did not received it. It’s just they gave me a different excuse and they hung up on me. There’s sick people that do need their medication. Their health is not to be place on hold, made excuses, lied to, or neglected. I take my daughters health seriously I wish they did."
