"This pharmacy continues to disappoint me. I’ve given them so many chances. Doctor calls in a prescription. Three days later the prescription is not ready you call and ask if it was called in they say no. You wait another day or two. You call again you ask if the prescription was called in they say no. Call your doctors office they call the pharmacy oh yeah we have it. When you go to pick it up and asked why it wasn’t filled on the day it was called in they say well it wasn’t ready to be filled yet. Guess on the day it is ready to be filled they won’t fill it unless you call them and tell them to. Never had a pharmacy with this policy. That’s way too extra much work for me. Tried to talk to the pharmacist in charge. She obviously did not want to talk to me. Said I don’t know who you are or what you’re talking about. Well lady take a minute and find out!! I am at that pharmacy to her three times a month. Will be taking my business elsewhere..."

"Circumstances caused me to be a bit late but I made it to the pharmacy at 4:58 on a Sunday (close at 5). The women were standing there talking and told me they were already closed. Ridiculous! You close at 5! Not 4:58! It literally would’ve taken 1 minute to grab my prescription and ring it up! Ridiculous!!"

"Prescriptions are NEVER ready when you come to pick up. Doesn’t matter if the doctor called them in an hour or 3 days ago. So stand in line, get to counter to pick up for them to tell you it will be just a couple of minutes. Now you get to stand in line again."

"An absolutely terrible pharmacy. They rarely answer their phones and when I called to complain to the manager after trying to reach them for literally twenty minutes, all I am told by an associate, is that there is a 1 800 number on the door I would have to call. I said, "Ma'am I'm not there to see the 1800 number" I really try to be reasonable with workers in retail, especially because I used to be one, but there is never a reason to be rude or negligent. It's very dangerous to have such an irresponsible company deal with something so urgently important as a person's medication."
