"I was looking for a good place for my daughter to go if she has any issues with a new saltwater pool. I happen to stop into this store and talk with an extremely knowledgeable person (Andrea) as she was very helpful to bring me up to speed with my daughter’s new saltwater pool equipment. Andrea was able to help me solve an issue with the Hayward Chlorine Generator as it was not showing it was working in Super Chlorinated Mode even with the switch in that position. She tested my water quickly and sold me the supplies I needed to get the pool setup properly. Thank You Hampstead Pools & Spas for having great and helpful staff! "Unprofessional 'beach bum' overpriced type environment, I won't return. Went in with a bottle of water to get tested for our pool we just put in, except they couldn't test it right then because as the man at the desk informed us their computer system was down and they couldn't test pool water. I offered to take a look as an IT professional but was told it's too complex because their printer was being attacked by a hacker and they had to turn the router off days earlier. But don't worry he said, here's our IT guy now (white haired man in his 60s), we'll test it and give you a call maybe before you even get home. So, since it was some distance from my home I took the family to eat, only not only did they not fix the problem, they closed for the day without calling me back. Lying to customers is not only rude or inconsiderate at best, it's no way to run a company."

"I bring my water samples here and recently had them clean my pool! They’re always very nice, answer their phones, give great advice and are happy to help! The guy who cleaned our pool was polite, came right on time, and was quick! Pool looked great and was sparkling clean! Will definitely continue to use them as well as recommend them!"
