"Went to the location in Fayetteville and experienced the absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Skinny tall girl with long blonde braids had an attitude the whole time I was there, wasn’t interested in helping with any questions I had. She was literally talking about a older lady that asked for a tissue in-front of me, saying these “damn” customers expect special treatment from them. Will not be going back someone that shows they don’t like their job shouldn’t be there! Her team member # was 86568"

"If I could give this place is zero I would but I can’t so instead I give it one star. I went into the store and saw that many of the items were on sale, saying 60% off and many more on clearance. Seeing that I got excited and grabbed many things but when I walked up to the register I was greeted unprofessionally and the cashier was very rude when I asked about the sale and item being in Clarence. Came to find out that none of the item I grabbed was actually on sale or on clearance, it was just a big scam to allure people and get them to buy items. I don’t recommend this place. (Plus I bought a single earring for $22 which was final sale, but the cashier failed to mention that.)"
