"Needed replacement hoses for an above ground pool. Found the exact size, and very good quality. However, one of them had a small pin-sized hole that couldn't be seen. The staff was extremely helpful, swapped out the faulty hose with no problem. Not a major issue, but woudn't hesitate to recommend them!"

"From the time we got our above ground pool we had nothing but problems with it. We had to buy a sand filter pump as the one that came with our pool was inadequate. We talked to Nikki at the store and she recommended that we buy a sand filter. Having done that, we had problems with the hoses being different sizes. Went to Nikki at Spa and Pool World and she researched it and found us the right hoses. Next she set us up with the right chemicals to get our pool right. And since they test your water for free, it was easy to know what to add to our pool. Nikki even showed us how to winterize our pool. I could go on and on about this company and it's employees. They offer great customer support and are very knowledgeable about their products. I personally think that they should give Nikki a raise because she goes above and beyond."
