"I spoke with someone named Joy on the phone about possibly applying for disability for emotional distress and mental health conditions. I feel like I was not taken seriously and felt very disrespected as I do not feel that she seemed to take mental health conditions very seriously and seemed to have absolutely no empathy in addition to just sounding very rude after I had just told her some very personal information about myself. We came here almost 15 years ago for me to apply for disability and I worked directly with Charles hall and remember having an amazing experience so this was very upsetting to be treated this way over the phone after discussing such personal information with her. I don't want to say anything negative about this law firm because I had such a great experience with Charles hall but wanted to make others aware as I don't feel that someone like this should be doing this job and working with potential clients over the phone if she can't have empathy for another person and take them seriously with what they are saying."

If you have a real disability or disabilities, and your medical documentation supports all of the facts then you have a great chance of getting disability as outline in SsA book.please listen to your team and do exactly what they ask of you and keep up with everything .
