"Beautiful uninhabited island on the edge of the world. A boat, kayak, or paddle board needed to get out there. Kayaks or paddle boards can launch from Trails End Park. You can see the access point in the satellite view of Google maps. Make sure you check the tides, it turns to mud at low tide. If you time it right, you can get a boost going out as the tide comes in and a boost returning as the tide goes out. Good luck!"
"A lot of jellyfish. No annoying crowds. As long as you steer clear of the major holidays, you'll likely have a remote campsite all to yourself. If you're kayaking over, leaving from the town's marina instead of the state park can save you some paddling energy through Snow's Cut - the currents can be taxing."
"You need a boat, but its a fun adventure!"
"You can only get thereby boat, and you can always find solitude."
"Really nice and isolated. Just a strip of sand. Not much more to say. Tried fishing the inland side but nothing was biting."
