"I have just had the most frustrating and disappointing short sale facilitator experience ever with Mr Locklear. His brief was to represent my interest as seller in a short sale transaction. His lack of effort, attention to his duty as facilitator and completely unacceptable communication “skillset” has led to an 8 month review process by the Investor in the mortgage loan on the property being sold that ultimately failed due mainly to his lack of initiative in seeking resolution of any questions the Investor or the mortgage service agent had in processing and approving the sale and associated terms. His complete lack of communication skills was exemplified by his failure to advise of any developments positive or negative during a two week period where final approval or disapproval decisions were to be made. This failure was magnified by his refusal to answer phone calls or return left messages or texts or emails. In.my 40+ years of banking and financial services experience, I have never had a more frustrating experience In dealing with a legal advisor.
