"II am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with this law firm which I engaged in 2019 for a complex case in the state of Colorado. Unfortunately, the outcome was unfavorable, leading to significant personal repercussions, including the necessity of filing for personal bankruptcy. The legal team assigned to my case comprised two young lawyers. Despite their relative inexperience, I hoped for a positive resolution given the complexity of the matter. Regrettably, the case was lost, and the financial investment made in the firm amounted to a substantial sum ($$$$$). One notable issue was the lack of timely communication from one of the lawyers, Mr. Williams, who does not appear to possess the qualities of a trial attorney. It took him a week to contact me and offer an apology for the case's unsuccessful outcome. The absence of genuine remorse or accountability in his communication left me disheartened. Due to ongoing and unresolved matters, I cannot disclose further details at this time. However, I feel compelled to express my disappointment in the firm's practices and their impact on the community. My experience has led me to the decision not to recommend this law firm to others in any state. Furthermore, I am considering taking steps to bring attention to their practices, including exploring avenues to potentially suspend their licenses with the Bar Associations in North Carolina and Colorado. It is my belief that their pursuit of financial gain without due regard for ethical considerations is detrimental to the community they serve. I hope this feedback serves as a cautionary note for others considering legal representation from this Law Firm."
