"I set an appointment for my son to get his ears pierced and that was easy and great. I got to claires in Concord mills mall, and when i get there, the associates which were 3 of them stated she cannot do the ear piercing because the storage area was leaking water! Which has nothing to do with the piercing station in the front. There standing around making excuses when alls he had to do was wash her hands or sanitize them. It gave my son a bad experience for his first piercing. I would not recommend this store and i will not go back agin after going for years l."

"Can’t say enough about my experience. I got my 5 months old daughter ears pierced and they were just the best. They had a lot of patience and very clean, they sanitized everything every the table where they lay napkins. Would definitely recommend this location to anymore."

"My daughter loves this store. She purchased everything that she wanted. The cashier has a nasty attitude and us rude. Everytime I go there she’s like that. There was another lady there that was just as snippy. How do you have an attitude reading out the specials when people enter the store. It’s crazy! I don’t get it! That’s a place where kids should only feel positive vibes. I will be contacting corporate or someone Monday. Because i shouldn’t have to drive to a Claire’s further away because of the staff being rude."

"We wanted to take my 2 year old to get her ears pierced for the first time. The two ladies did an awesome job or sanitizing and piercing. My daughter only cried because she was scared of them. But she cheered up once she got her candy! Thank you for doing a great job! They told in great details on how to clean ears. Would recommend getting ears pierced here."
