"I absolutely LOVE freecoat! I love the non-toxic environment, love that there aren't any terrible nail salon fumes in the air. I love the products that they use - The Gel Bottle and Dazzle Dry are high quality and also non-toxic. I've had most of their services - regular polish, gel polish, hard gel, and Dazzle Dry. I've had most of their pedicure services as well - my favorite is the Extra Coat, especially this time of year when my heels can use extra love and moisturizing. The environment is so relaxed. The staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. If you're looking for an upgraded nail salon experience, this is it! They also have an infrared sauna which has INCREDIBLE health benefits including heavy metal detox, skin health, immune system strengthening, lowering stress, and improving sleep. If you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for??"

"I’m new to the area and haven’t found a nail salon I liked - Until I tried out Freecoat in Concord! The environment and decorations were so relaxing compared to traditional nail salons. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful! Melyssa did my nails and killed it! She was so personable and paid attention to detail. Will absolutely be coming back."

"My experience here at freecoat nails was absolutely amazing! I was recommended through their front desk Lady and she was so sweet and even checked to make sure I was doing okay and liked how they were being done! The tech was absolutely amazing and I also did a tech chooses nail design. I was not disappointed at all. She listened to what I wanted with my nails and did not clip them off like other salons have done. I am now at 3 week grow out and I haven't had any lifting or chipping whatsoever! I can't wait to go back!"

"I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I’m disappointed. I drive by this place all the time, they had great reviews & I love that they’re free of the typical toxins. I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time & my simple gel manicure took over an hour. I had other plans for the night I ended up having to postpone. I got my nails done for upcoming Valentine’s Day & my boyfriend hinted that a proposal was coming & I may want to have my nails done. I’m a nurse so getting my nails done is a treat. Unfortunately, they didn’t turn out good. The people were super friendly & the environment was overall relaxing. I’m just disappointed in the end result & that they aren’t picture worthy for the new ring!"
