"The best decision I made was to go with AC Pools to build my custom pool. From design to completion, Andrew Conroy was exceptional to work with. He guided me through the process. listened to me and made sure everything was done to perfection. He stands by his work and continues to serve as a resource even after completion. The quality of work was exceptional. It is a dream come true pool! You can't go wrong with AC Pools."
"Drew & Barbara are a great team! We talked to several different pool install companies and absolutely made the right decision going w/ AC. Drew was open, honest, and very communicative throughout the entire project - from initial design & bid to substantial completion. My wife & I are both project managers, and we know that virtually no project goes 100% as planned. We had an issue here & there w/ our pool install - from weather to material availability to competing demands for various sub-trades - but we always knew what the situation was. Never were we left wondering what was going on. We were promised we'd be swimming by a certain date and, despite 3 weeks of off and on rain, Drew met that date. Once installed, Barbara showed up twice a day, every day - as promised - for 28 days to ensure the chemical levels were where they needed to be so we could start using the pool. Top-notch services by a solid company that does what they say, for the price they say, and communicates well with the customer throughout the project."
"They did my install in 2008 and have serviced it since. Always on time and quick to come by and address any problems as they have happened over the years. After the hurricanes we have had, the storms have barely been gone before they are here making their rounds to find out what needs to be done. Barbara is friendly and helpful, and it made a big difference when she took over the day to day service, leaving Drew to concentrate on construction. Good people."
"This company caused so much stress-took over a year to install a pool- however it was not done correctly and is still not completely finished ...one example: for 5 months i was left with 12 foot mounds of sand surrounding a hole in the ground...had to demand be get some kind construction fence. He sold the sand that was deep and free from roots and sticks and left the top layers which killed all my grass and left my backyard looking like a desert. He caused 3000 dollars in damage to my driveway, 800 in damage to my irrigation system and 1000 in damaged to my yard. I am left with a damaged driveway, cracked sidewalks, and unfinished drainage lines. I have leaking pipes that were not sealed properly and left exposed. I have at least 2000 left to try and correct the system he or some subcontractor installed. Already the lining is peeling and seams are showing- it's not even 2 years old. Although we had a legal document stating what he would complete as we paid the final installments he refused to even honor that. He would bring his young children with him as he worked- unsupervised and me not wanting to argue in front of them, was left having him say choice words and usually storm off. I could count the number of times I actually saw him on the job. The biggest problem was he didn't pay The subcontractors he would hire to do the work for him, or pay them so little the quality was jeperdized. So many of them I spoke with said they would never work with him again and were often finishing their part of the job out of the goodness of their heart. The saddest part of it all, I am 100% disabled and can only excercize or do PT in water, plus floating in the salt water is one of the only ways I can get pain relief. How said that someone would take advantage of someone needing a pool that was medically ordered and leave them with thousands of dollars of damage and years of stress and crude careless behavior."
