"I set up a haircut and color appointment a month in advance. One week before I called and re-verified what it was I wanted and what colors I wanted. I was told in an actual text that I still have, but that would not be any problem and she would forward the pictures of what I wanted to Dustin. They also told me I would have to wait an hour in between because I wanted color no problem I said. First Dustin said he knew nothing about it, then, the ladies that work there were dumbstruck about what to do. He said he could not do what I wanted that my hair would fall out that it was too difficult. Then they made me feel belittled by saying you know, you have to keep it up and you’ll have to, follow your hair care closely., As if to say, I wouldn’t. Finally, I said, I feel like all you want to do is the cut, and you want nothing to do with any coloring, and they all just stood there and looked at me no sorry no compensation nothing. I told them that I would never come there again and that I would definitely do a review about it , this is the most unprofessional, ridiculous Aveda I have ever been to in my life"
