"Mrsleeann was awesome but as I’m walking around the store to get my 20 percent off I was listening to im guessing the manager talk with mrs leeann and she is very rude to her employees maybe that’s why they are short of help than after blonde hair was done talking to mrs leeann she on her phone talking about the employee very unprofessional something need to be done before you lose good employees over poor management and if I was mrs leeann I would have walk out and left this company immediately I’m in this store almost everyday on my break cause I work at the mall mrs leeann is always here but management is not and when she is here she always on her phone you can tell the employees are not happy and something needs to be done before I take picture and recording of your management I have took cause something need to be today! I have ask mrs leeann if she is ok she said yes but you can tell none of them are happy"

"I went to Claire’s on the costal grand mall.. the costumer service was great but there was only one person working .. the store was very unclean and I bought a 10 foot charger for 18 dollars! It broke 2 days after I bought it because I placed my thumb there with know weight! Their quality sucks and would not recommend! I tested their quality with cheap chargers for like 5 dollars and work way better than this!"
