"Two months ago, I had a leak with my pool pump and had used another company for years since we bought the house in 2007. Not knowing anything about pools, it seemed like we had bought every product in their store to help our water not knowing any better. I decided it was time to change and started looking at reviews on different websites for pool companies. Honest, reasonable and service were key words I was hoping to find. From the minute I called A&A Pools, they were so kind and reassuring, helpful, and honest so I gave them a try. Ethan was there exactly when he said he would be, keeping me up to date on what he would do to fix the leak. He put on a much more user friendly lever that is sooo easy to turn, I don't mind having to pump off the extra water now. Two months later after my first call, one of the jet pipes got severed during a fence installation yesterday. I called after hours expecting to get an answering service, but Ethan answered, remembered me and again, was reassuring that it wasn't as bad as it looked. I took pictures so he would know what to bring to fix it and was there first thing this morning. He called earlier to let me know the broken pipe was repaired and discussed another issue I mentioned and has a solution ready when he comes back to re-hang all of the pool boxes onto the new fence. It's rare to find folks these days that are passionate about their work and eager to help. Their service is exemplary and it's refreshing to know companies that are customer service driven still exist. I highly recommend A&A Pools for their knowledge, experience, reasonable pricing and most of all, their commitment to caring about the customer."
