"I met Marjorie the GM today at the Kingston Pike store and she was TERRIBLE. Mean, nasty, cutting us off without even hearing our questions. I began to ask about service and she said they don’t have a service department…the big ole banner hanging where we’ve taken out Polaris before referenced something about service. But even if they didn’t have someone to assist us she could’ve responded better and explained their updated service process if it’s changed, but we didn’t get that far. She was giving Devin (sp) the day off, well they should just close a day of the week so she never has to be at the other store. She’s bad for business."
"General manager lady made me wanna go slam my face into the wall, hateful old bat if you hate your job and life that much, find JESUS. Life's to short to be miserable. Every other employee is awesome, but won't be back a new place in vonore opened up it's closer to home."
