And so patient considering it took us almost three years to place an order after the first time we went to the Lenoir location to look at tubs. We have a teeny tiny porch and they helped us find a spa that would fit through a 32" door and then in a 6' space. Ace, Kelly, and the rest of the delivery crew were great. The spa arrived in perfect condition and it wasn't easy to fit in the space, but they did it without complaint and without getting a scratch on the tub.
